VNS Daith are happy to move or cancel appointments, but require 24 hours notice. Failure to attend without notice, or any appointments cancelled will forfeit the deposit payment.

If you are running late for your appointment, please call us to let us know. Please be aware that late arrival may result in a shortened or cancelled appointment.

Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge providing the request is made more than 24 hours before the due time. This can be done using the link sent you at booking confirmation

After you have chosen your appointment type you will be directed to a payments page. We take a deposit payment immediately for most of our services.

During the checkout process, you will be asked to enter your payment details. By completing your payment details you confirm that the credit or debit card being used is yours. All fields indicated as compulsory must be completed. Please note that we may collect and store your information, using an encrypted secure payment mechanism and will only use your information in accordance with our Privacy and Cookie Policy.

All card payments are subject to authorisation by your card issuer.

When you make a successful booking on the VNS Daith website, you will receive confirmation email of your appointment to the email address you provided. This is to indicate that we have received your booking and is a contract between yourself and VNS Daith
